1. Provide pre-sales support to customers, including product training, demonstrating, project solution designing etc.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products
3. Market research, provide feedback on popular product, project and customer information to HQ
4. Help with local brand building activities to improve brand awareness
5. Deal with customers’ after-sales problem
6. Performs other duties as assigned
1. Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science or related discipline is preferred
2. Experiences in video surveillance industry is required
3. Ability to effectively communicate in English and Mandarin
4. Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally with customer
5. Be prepared for frequent travel and customer visit
1. Responsible for the market development of CCTV
2. Achieve market target and sales target
3. Responsible for customer maintenance, product training, project follow-up, order negotiation etc.
1. Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages
2. U.S. citizen or green card holder
3. Minimum 3 years working experience, bachelor degree or above, automation/IT/engineering background
4. Working experience in CCTV industry is preferred
5. Proactive and willing to take short-term business trips
