Grafton Quarter is a development built by EEH Ventures consisting of various residential apartments, townhouses and studios including, huge car parking spaces. An ambitious £25M project aimed at transforming a declining two-acre industrial site into an outstanding mixed-use scheme.

This summer, our most sort after Uniview cameras were installed by Greywood CCTV installers and supplied by Digital Direct Security, to cover various external and internal views around the 20,000 square foot premises of Grafton Quarter.

A comprehensive and sophisticated residential building surveillance solution should take the specific social activities and personal behaviour into consideration. It needs to protect the privacy of individuals, and meanwhile be able to cover all critical areas without any blind spot.

These projects included some of our top range cameras, such as Smart  8MP 4k Mini Cameras and 5MP Dome Cameras with Auto-Focus. These and a mixture of other bullets and domes all then controlled by a Uniview NVR. UNV 4K cameras can provide clear and abundant details in monitoring areas with excellent high resolution performance. UNV NVR are designed with various high availability functions to ensure consistent monitoring and recording , as well as preventing data loss from unforeseen devices’ errors and protecting customers’ privacy.

This new set up will allow Grafton Quarter to create a safe and monitored residential space for all new residents which is in keeping with the clean and professional look of the buildings.
