There is a great challenge for video surveillance devices which deployed in tunnel. The car plate number is not likely to see clearly due to the headlights are extremely bright. UNV starlight IP cameras with HLC function could perfectly adapt to the tunnel scene through automatically recognizing and constraining the strong light.
